Project management in partnership

At the very start of the planning, and in partnership with qualified and experienced resources, we offer you the option of meeting with a Project Manager who will take care of you. He will analyze your budget and your needs in order to meet them efficiently. Your Project Manager is the person responsible for your moving and the main person to whom you will talk. He is the reference person as far as coordination is concerned, and he takes care and manages all the steps of your project. You can contact him at all times and he will make sure to answer all your questions.

Your Project Manager and his duties:

• Planning and coordinating the external moving project and the internal reinstallation.
• Stocktaking and putting in place all items.
• Carrying out plans and quotations.
• Supervising activities and transportation.
• Drawing up the moving plan and budgets control.
• Managing multiple side factors (elevators, telephones, computer network, etc.).
